I told him it's confirmed he then said my ticket was cancelled on the day I paid. I gave the customer service my ticket number he won't found it. I sent a message and was told it was confirmed given a ticket number and airline name,as I had not received proof of ticket.Two days later I planned to purchase extra luggage, called the airline which was Luftansa. I purchased a ticket via App my money was deducted twice using virtual card and ticket issued according to the email I received when they wanted me to pay more money.
